It's disgusting to know that there are still people out there in the world who actually make the decision to drink alcohol and then get into their car, turn the keys, and hit the road.
The sheer amount of selfishness that these people have is nearly unforgivable. The amount of pain and suffering they bring to families all over the country is one of the most horrible and pointless things that could ever happen.
Every single year thousands and thousands of people get seriously injured or even killed due to the reckless behavior of these drunk drivers, and while these stories usually end in tragedy, for one Winterset police officer he had no idea what he was seeing when he noticed a pair of headlights speeding his way.
It must have taken a few seconds to realize that the car speeding toward him was actually driving on the wrong side of the road. Falling back on his training, this one cop pulled over at the last second to avoid a head-on collision, pulled a U-turn, and pulled the drunkard over. Thank goodness this was a cop, a few more minutes of driving like this and the drunk driver easily could have murdered an entire family!
Please do not drink and drive. There are accidents in life, and driving is risky enough, please don't be one of the foolish people who thinks they can and should get away with it! Thank goodness the driver in this video was caught and arrested and taken to jail where they belong forever!
Please SHARE this intense video if you're glad this drunk driver is in prison where they belong!
