Surely, anyone with a dog who's ever brought him or her to the beach won't be surprised by their love of all things water sports.
If you need evidence, look no further than a recent headline-making pup who plowed through children to race to the top of a neighborhood water slide (the kids were fine; the Labrador was even better). But the video below will certainly serve to drive this point home to (with a little hilarity for good measure).
America's Funniest Home Videos was kind enough to compile a dogs-at-the-beach video for the ages, a sort of homage to the happiness of beachside puppies everywhere. Good thing the beach is covered in sand, because a few of these funny pups plow through their owners knocking them square on their rears (surely with the best of intentions). And if you've never seen a dog surf before, it's certainly a sight to behold. And sunglasses-wearing, lounge chair-sitting dogs make their en vogue debut here too, clad with kerchiefs around their necks. And if there's a lesson to be learned from this glorious compilation video, it's never to sunbathe with your bathing suit unhitched — it seems swimsuit tops make great chew toys for puppies on the loose!
