I've seen a fair share of rodents roaming around New York City. And, like most New Yorkers, I typically make sure to avoid them at all costs.
That's why I would've never imagined that some rodents could actually be hilarious. No, really! Some New York City rodents are making headlines for reasons that will make you laugh out loud.
First, there was the rat who was spotted on subway steps carrying a huge slice of pizza. He quickly started trending as the "Pizza Rat."
Now, take a look at the fur ball who has been dubbed the "Milkshake Squirrel."
That's right — this quick-thinking squirrel dove into a garbage can at Madison Square Park to fetch a large milkshake from Shake Shack that someone (shockingly) didn't finish.
What's funnier? This little squirrel certainly seems like a pro.
Just look at the way he throws the straw away and carries the cup out of the garbage. He quickly jumps over a fence and starts devouring that shake. But, hey, we can't blame this little guy – Shake Shack milkshakes are delicious!
Just like the "Pizza Rat," this squirrel went viral in no time. It's making me wonder which little rodent is going to be next.
