Get An Easy 3D Geometric Manicure In Just Minutes Using This Simple Trick

Whenever I've got a cool event coming up, I'm always looking for a neat way to spice up a traditional manicure with something special — and something that doesn't require hours of patience or a spendy trip to the salon, either.

For example, a recent hack we learned from Sandi at cutepolish taught us how to create an easy chevron design without spending hours trying to keep your lines straight (seriously, how does anyone manage that?). With just a roll of Scotch tape and a pair of crafting scissors, she managed to create the look herself in just minutes — and it's still one of our favorite nail hacks to date.

In the video below, Sandi shares another brilliant idea for hacking the perfect 3D geometric design. Using small square studs that she picked up from the Born Pretty Store (for just $6, no less!), she's able to create the perfect square design in any color. And while she uses black as her base to channel a Tetris look, these small embellishments come in an assortment of colors to pair with just about any shade.

So with about 10 minutes added to your regular at-home mani time, you've taken your manicure to the next level for pennies of the cost you would've paid at the salon! So this is a nail art hack we can get behind.
