Tiny homes made out of unexpected materials are always intriguing to learn about.
How did they decide to make it out of that? How did they use it to their advantage? Do they enjoy the finished product?
The questions go on and on. But the truth is, some people just have a knack for creating something out of nothing.
Which is exactly what happened with this tiny home planted in Savannah, GA.
Julio Garcia, the creator of this unconventional home, is not only an architect but an artist and designer, too. So, it’s no surprise that his tiny home, hidden by trees in the woods, is absolutely flawless on the inside.
From the outside, the two shipping containers that he used as the skeleton of his home appear a bit dingy. But as they say, don’t judge a book by its cover!
The inside of these containers is completely transformed with a simplistic vibe and beautiful design. And somehow, even with the walls of the shipping container bringing in no light, it’s effortlessly bright inside. And this space looks huge, too!
The way he used glass windows and the original doors to create an open floor plan is insanely effective.
Can you imagine taking two dumpster-looking containers and making them into a beautiful home like this? Talk about talent!
