This couple built a beautiful tiny home on wheels, and it’s truly one of a kind.
Christian and Alexis from Tiny House Expedition built their tiny home last year and have been on the road ever since. They are part of a community outreach documentary storytelling project. This project consists of documenting tiny house communities all over the U.S.
They’ll be taking their tiny house on wheels across the country for the next two years in order to complete this project.
Their tiny home is 130 square feet and took around nine months to complete building with the help of friends. The foundation of their house is a 20-foot by eight-foot trailer.
From the outside to the inside, this tiny home was made with reclaimed materials that were both salvaged from old homes and acquired from their local Restore. They salvaged wood from trees that were downed in a tornado and added a rustic flair by buying coat hooks from a flea market. The style of this house is quite eclectic and quaint.
They really made the most out of the materials they found and turned them into funky and unique uses for their home.
It’s creations like these that are truly inspiring and can lead to wondering if you’d ever build an entire home for yourself, as well.
