Family Is Expecting Their Third Generation Of Twins

As of 2013, twins accounted for about three in 100 births in the United States. The odds for identical twins are three in 1,000. So, it's safe to safe that twins aren't very common.

But, what are the odds that one twin would have twins of their own? I've always heard the expression "twins run in the family," but it's usually followed by, "but the twins skip a generation!" One mother naturally gave birth to three sets of twins. Have you ever heard of anything like it?

Twins running in the family isn't that odd. But for the Christopher family, it's a little different.

Mother Eileen is an identical twin. 31 years ago, Eileen gave birth to identical twin sons, Justin and Jason. Now, Jason's wife, Amanda, is pregnant with identical twins!

When the little girls arrive in two months, they will be the third generation of twins in their family.

The only thing left to wonder if is Justin will have twins, as well. Only time can tell. Do you know any families with an abundance of twins?
