A Man Performs Surgery On A Candy Bar To Add Some Crunchy Peanuts

Have you ever wished you could create the perfect candy bar?

I've always wondered why they chose to use milk chocolate on Almond Joy bars, and dark chocolate on Mounds. If it had been up to me, I would have done it the other way around. But, you can't always get what you want.

That is, unless you're this guy.

He's been performing surgeries on candies and other foods for a while now. He may be the only candy surgeon on the face of the planet. He takes his wildest candy dreams and turns them into a reality with the help of scalpels, tweezers, and other medical instruments normally used to perform detailed and lifesaving surgeries on humans or animals. These surgeries are detailed and delicate, but they certainly aren't saving any lives. These are just for fun!

One of his creations was when he took the filling from an Oreo and transplanted it into a Reese's peanut butter cup. Pure genius! I bet it tasted so delicious.

This time, he cuts open the wrapper to a Milky Way and preps it for the procedure to come. As he carefully and calculatedly slices off the top of the candy bar, I begin to wonder what he could be planning to implant inside of that caramel goodness.

Then, he takes out his second ingredient.
