A visit to the beach is the perfect way to unwind and have fun with your family. There's really nothing like the sound of crashing waves and the feel of the sand beneath your toes to soothe away whatever stress you might have had before walking along the sunny shores. And if you're lucky, you might make some new friends while you're there! You just never know who might show up. It could even surprise you when you suddenly find yourself face-to-face with a new animal buddy, like this delightful pot-bellied pig!
This group of beach bums had that opportunity when they met a happy group of pelicans. The long-beaked birds got up close and personal with the family to show off some of their super-cute skills. With their handler by their side and the promise of a few yummy snacks in return, the surprisingly cute birds flap their wings, spin around, and even bust out some happy little dance moves! I bet you never thought you'd find these pelicans so adorable, but you can't deny that they've got a totally sweet charm.
It's amazing how well they listen to their instructor. I had no idea you could even train these animals! That family definitely won't forget this day of fun in the sun anytime soon.
