Baby Elephant Tries To Play With Tourists, But Protective Mama Rushes Him Away From Strangers

Growing up, your parents probably gave you a lot of rules to follow.

Always look twice before crossing the road, respect your elders, and never ever get in the car with a stranger.

Well, times have certainly changed: Now we pay strangers to drive us to and from the important places we need to be! But it seems that elephants are still wary of strangers.

Humans might want to get up close and personal with elephants, if they ever get the chance, but that doesn't mean that elephants are interested in returning the favor.

Tourists were in for an entertaining moment between a mama elephant and her calf while visiting Kruger National Park in South Africa.

A mama and her baby were crossing the road when the little one noticed all of the tourists. The little guy wanted to go play, but his mama was not about to let a bunch of strangers near her baby.

She quickly shut down his plans to say hello and quickly ushered him across the road, then out of sight!
