Chances are, most of us don’t get too close to a cow all that often, so seeing them do things other than chewing grass or laying down before it rains may come as a shocker. And one cow named Ghost shocked a few people when she started playing with a huge hay bale.
At first, she walks up to the huge ball of hay and tries to just scratch her neck. But because of the slippery surface of the snow and how strong Ghost is, that hay bale was not staying put.
She gives it a few nudges with her head, and off it goes across the field.
You would think that Ghost would get frustrated with her moving scratching post, but she seems like she’s having fun and gives a few hind leg kicks as she trots along to catch it.
And the more she pushes it, the more it looks like her own game she’s just created.
Ghost makes it look super easy to move the 1,000lbs hay bale with just her head, but it would definitely take a few people to move it as much as she does.
As the camera continues to roll, she just keep on moving it along with a few more head nudges. Apparently she was really itchy, or maybe she was just bored.
But either way, she’s fun to watch.
